REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Kuber Golden Temple, we strive to provide a seamless and spiritually fulfilling experience. Please read the refund and cancellation terms carefully before making any booking or donation.

1 Pooja / Seva Bookings

Once a pooja or seva is booked and confirmed, it is generally non-cancellable and non-refundable. In case of cancellation requests:

• Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pooja (if applicable)
• Approval is subject to temple management discretion

If a pooja is cancelled by the temple due to:

• Natural calamities
• Temple closure
• Unavoidable circumstances

The user may be offered:

• Rescheduling of the pooja, OR
• Partial/full refund (case-dependent)

2 Donations

All donations made on the website are voluntary contributions. Donations are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once processed, the amount cannot be reversed.

3 Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If your payment is:

• Deducted but booking not confirmed
• Processed multiple times due to technical error

You must report within 5-7 working days with transaction proof.

Verified cases will be eligible for:

• Refund to original payment method
• Adjustment in future booking

4 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days. Time may vary depending on:

• Bank processing timelines
• Payment gateway delays

5 No-Show Policy

If a user fails to attend or utilize a booked seva/pooja, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

6 Mode of Refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be credited via:

• Original payment method only
• Cash refunds are not applicable
